Base Options

FamilyMausoleums.net can design your mausoleum with a full base, which is a base along the entire front of the mausoleum, or a step base, a base just under the crypt area itself.

Full base mausoleums have smaller wings while step bases allow a larger wing treatment.

Your choice of base style is strictly a style feature and has no affect on the cost of the mausoleum.

Floor Options

FamilyMausoleums.net offers both industry-standard concrete crypt floors and the more elegant solid granite crypt floor.

Concrete floors are much less expensive than granite floors.

Wing Options

FamilyMausoleums.net can design the front elevation with or without a wing treatment. When wings are omitted, side walls extend all the way to the front.

Wing treatment is solely a style feature and has no affect on cost.

Wall Thickness Options

FamilyMausoleums.net can furnish your mausoleum with either industry-standard reduced-thickness concealed walls or with full-thickness concealed walls.

Reduced-thickness concealed walls result in substantial cost savings.

Rear Corner Construction Options

FamilyMausoleums.net offers both the industry-standard butt-joint corner construction and the much more elegant quirk-mitered construction.

Industry prices for quirk-mitered corner construction are substantially greater than for butt-joint construction, but FamilyMausoleums.net offers both options at the same price.

Door Options

Color: Outer crypt doors are polished and may be made from the same granite used in the construction of the mausoleum or from a contrasting color (including Absolute Jet Black which can be used for etching) at no extra cost.

Handling System: Crypt doors need handles to move the door when opening and closing. Rosettes with detachable handles have been used in the past but current technology uses suction cup handles.

FamilyMausoleums.net endorses suction cup technology but offers rosettes with detachable handles at an additional cost.
